BBQ Tempeh Stir-Fry
This supercharged stir-fry is made with our protein-packed BBQ Tempeh Pieces, crunchy veggies and a dreamy dressing. Quick and easy to make, this dish ticks all the boxes.

ingredients
- ½ a pack of our BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- ½ Bell Pepper
- 2x Garlic
- 40g MangeTout
- 40g Baby Corn
- Noodles
- ½ tbsp Sesame Oil
- Oil for cooking
Dressing:
- ⅓ tbsp Fresh Ginger
- Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Tsp agave or maple syrup
- ½ Lemon
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- Tbsp Sesame seeds
instructions
- Prepare all ingredients before you begin cooking the stir fry. Thinly slice the bell pepper, roughly chop the garlic, quarter the baby corn and half the mangetout.
- Cook your noodles; once cooked remove adding ½ tbsp of sesame oil to the noodles to ensure they do not stick. Prepare the noodle dressing and mix well.
- Add a tbsp of vegetable oil to a high heat frying pan. Once the oil begins to lightly smoke, add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes moving constantly. Do not add the garlic until the noodles are added.
- Add the Better Nature BBQ Pieces and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the noodles and garlic for an additional 30 seconds, tossing your ingredients rapidly.
- Add the noodle dressing to cook for another 30 seconds before removing from the heat and plating.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
