Peanut & Sesame BBQ Tempeh Udon Noodles
This recipe is super simple but oh so delicious. And thanks to our BBQ Pieces, one portion contains over 21g of supercharged protein. The perfect dinner after a busy day.

ingredients
- 1/2 pack BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- 200g udon noodles
- 1/2 tbsp neutral oil
Dressing
- 2 tsp sesame
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp agave or other sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- noodle cooking water (as much as needed to slightly thin the paste)
Garnish
- spring Onion
- sesame Seeds
- cucumber
instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the suggested measurements under the dressing category in the ingredient list. Mix well to form a coherent paste.
- Add the noodles into boiling water and cook to the suggested package cooking instructions.
- Add a 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil to a medium - high heat saucepan. Add the BBQ Tempeh Pieces on the pan and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked noodles and the BBQ Tempeh Pieces to the dressing and mix well. Garnish with some thinly sliced spring onion and cucumber, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
