TEAR INTO CHUNKS

  • Tear or crumble your Better Nature block into bite-sized chunks

  • Flavour like you do chicken - marinate ahead of time or season as you cook

  • Fry, roast or grill for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. You can also use your air-fryer, at 180°C for 5-7 mins.

  • Perfect in stir-fries, wraps and curries

GRATE or BLEND

  • Grate or blend your Better Nature block into a mince

  • Flavour like you do chicken - marinate ahead of time or season as you cook

  • Fry, roast or grill for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. You can also use your air-fryer, at 180°C for 5-7 mins

  • Perfect in spag bols, stir-fries and chillis

SLICE or DICE
