- 1 pack of Better Nature BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- 200g Sushi (or short grain) rice
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- White sugar
- Salt
- 3-4 nori sheets
- Veggies of your choice, we used carrots, spring onion and pepper
instructions
- Cook and cool your sushi rice. Season the rice with rice vinegar, a pinch of white sugar, and salt.
- Heat up some oil in a pan and cook the BBQ Tempeh Pieces for a few minutes.
- Place your nori sheet on a board, spread a layer of rice onto half the nori sheet. Place on top your veggies and your tempeh.
- Roll tightly, leave for a few minutes to set.
- Then cut into bite-sized pieces using a serrated knife.
- Enjoy with dipping sauce of your choice! We recommend soy sauce, teriyaki, or sweet chilli sauce.
