Turkish Kebab Salad with BBQ Tempeh

ingredients
- 360g (2 packs) of our BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- 160g gem chopped lettuce
- 2 large chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped cucumber
- ½ head finely sliced red cabbage
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large freshly squeezed lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add in the Pieces and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the red cabbage, olive oil, lemon and salt together in a bowl and toss thoroughly.
- Plate up the lettuce, tomato and cucumber, followed by the cabbage mixture and the strips.
