BBQ Tempeh Wrap
A wrap is always a good idea - especially when it has tempeh in it. If you're looking for something easy and quick to make, then this plant-based BBQ Tempeh Wrap is for you. This tasty wrap can be done in less than 30 minutes and, in addition to being full of flavour, it's packed with protein.

ingredients
- 180g BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- 1 tsp oil for cooking
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dairy-free milk
- 1/3 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tsp of salt and 1tsp of pepper
- 80g fresh spinach
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the pieces and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix until a smooth ranch dressing is formed.
- Lightly toast the tortilla wraps on a hot pan, for 2 minutes each side. Place the Pieces, spinach, tomato and ranch dressing onto the wrap.
- Wrap up each wrap and slice into two before serving.
